Divine and Delectable – Ladies Lifestyle Evening
GlassBox Media CiC and The Cupcake Experience Organised Divine and Delectable Ladies Lifestyle Evening at Greshams, Ipswich on October 18th 2013. The evening was an exclusive shopping event in aid of the newly formed H.A.B.S.S Community First Responder unit. Money was raised through £1.50 from each ticket sold going directly to the CFR unit. This created an excellent opportunity for women to benefit the local community as well as making an early start to their Christmas shopping or simply enjoying a little self indulgence.
Drinks and canapés were served to guests on their arrival as well as a luxury cupcake, courtesy of The Cupcake Experience. Once they had entered attendees were free to explore the many display stands ran by local businesses at the event.
For sale on the display stands were a huge array of goods and services from talented local businesses, these ranged from jewellery and accessories all the way through to manicures, make-up and even delicious hand-made marshmallows. This meant there was plenty for guests to see and do throughout the event, helping create a warm friendly atmosphere throughout the event. Many of the stallholders present also donated prizes to a raffle, the winners of which were announced as the evening was drawing to a close.
The next Divine and Delectable evening will be run on the 5th of December 2013 at Greshams, Ipswich. Although the event is still some time away it already promises to build upon the success of the first evening, with even more stalls and entertainment helping to create a luxury shopping experience that all can enjoy.
